IPHR-Uganda is committed to improving access to quality education, particularly for vulnerable populations, with a focus on ensuring that every child, especially girls and marginalized groups, has the opportunity to learn and thrive. Our education programs aim to increase enrollment, reduce dropout rates, and improve the overall quality of education by supporting schools, training teachers, and enhancing learning environments. We work closely with local authorities to strengthen education systems, providing schools with the necessary resources, curriculum support, and teacher training to offer high-quality education. This not only improves literacy and academic performance but also equips children with the skills needed to succeed in life beyond school.

In addition to strengthening educational infrastructure, we also focus on improving water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities in schools and communities. Access to clean water and proper sanitation plays a crucial role in creating a healthy and safe learning environment. Our efforts ensure that students are not only receiving education but are also protected from health risks that can hinder their academic progress. Through these integrated approaches, IPHR-Uganda works to build inclusive, safe, and conducive learning environments that empower children to achieve their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
